We provide users the option of providing their phone numbers to support features such as 2-factor authentication and SMS alerts;

We track a subset of user activities within the application to record errors and improve application performance;

To the extent that any is collected, your Personally Identifiable Information will be erased when: (i) it is no longer needed for its original processing purpose; (ii) you withdraw your consent for us to store your information by sending an e-mail to support@safetyehd.com; (iii) there is no justified reason for the processing of your Personally Identifiable Information, and you object to our processing of your Personally Identifiable Information; or (iv) erasure of your Personally Identifiable Information is required in order to fulfill a statutory obligation under the federal or state law. Under any of the above-mentioned circumstances, we will make sure your Personally Identifiable Information is erased. You may request us to erase your Personally Identifiable Information in writing by sending an e-mail to support@safetyehd.com, and we have up 30 days to respond to any such request.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be completely guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is thus vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties.
